Live Royal AI

At Live Royal AI, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Live Royal AI account and any data we may have received about you through your Facebook connection.

How to Request Data Deletion

You have two ways to request deletion of your account and associated data:

Use the in-app Delete Account option

Sign in to your Live Royal AI account, go to Settings, and select Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, connected accounts, and associated data.

Contact our support team

Email our support team with your request and we will process the deletion for you:

support@liveroyal.app

Please include your registered email address so we can locate your account. You do not need to provide any additional reason.

What Data Is Deleted

•Your Live Royal AI account profile and credentials
•Any data received from Facebook (such as your name, email, and Facebook Page information) stored on our servers
•Business profiles, appointments, clients, and content you created
•Connected social media account tokens (including Facebook)

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully deleted. In some cases, we may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business records, but this will not include your personal Facebook data.

Disconnecting from Facebook

If you only wish to disconnect your Facebook account without deleting your Live Royal AI account entirely, you can do so from Settings → Platform Connections inside the app, or by removing Live Royal AI from your Facebook connected apps at facebook.com/settings.
