By accessing or using LIVE ROYAL AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including creators, subscribers, and visitors.
LIVE ROYAL AI is an AI-powered live streaming platform that enables content creators to generate AI avatars, apply voice synthesis, and broadcast live sessions to connected social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Some broadcasting features are currently in development and will be made available as they are completed.
You must create an account to use LIVE ROYAL AI. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree not to use LIVE ROYAL AI to: (a) broadcast content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform; (e) use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform; (f) broadcast content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
LIVE ROYAL AI uses AI technologies to generate avatar imagery and synthesized voice. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and voice recordings. You grant LIVE ROYAL AI a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service. You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast using AI-generated avatars, including compliance with platform community guidelines and applicable laws.
You may connect your TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram accounts to enable broadcasting. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their respective terms of service. LIVE ROYAL AI is not responsible for actions taken by those platforms, including account suspensions or content removals. You may disconnect any platform connection at any time.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.
LIVE ROYAL AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LIVE ROYAL AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without our written consent.
LIVE ROYAL AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that broadcast transmissions will always succeed. Some broadcasting features (including direct TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube transmission) are still in active development.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIVE ROYAL AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or broadcast opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
