These terms cover the text message programs run through LiveRoyal AI, operated by EROYAL BEAUTY LLC, including the programs of each independent business that uses LiveRoyal AI to message its own customers.
Businesses using LiveRoyal AI send appointment reminders, booking confirmations, rescheduling notices and customer service replies. Promotional and marketing messages are sent only to customers who separately agreed to receive them. Each business messages only its own customers, from its own sending number.
You opt in by entering your mobile number on a business's public SMS sign-up page and checking the box for the kinds of messages you want. Both boxes start unchecked, and agreeing is never required to buy anything. A business may also record your permission given in person, on a paper form, or by text.
Frequency varies with your appointments and with what you asked for, up to about 4 messages per month per business.
We do not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Messages are sent through carriers and a messaging provider. Delivery is not guaranteed and can be delayed or fail because of your carrier, your device, or network conditions.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for the content of the messages sent by a business.
These programs are for US mobile numbers and for people aged 18 and over. By opting in you confirm the number is yours and that you are authorized to agree to receive messages on it.
