LiveRoyal AI offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription, simply cancel before the trial ends and no charges will be applied.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to all paid features until the end of the billing cycle in which you cancel. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis from the date your trial ends or your payment is processed. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
Due to the digital nature of LiveRoyal AI's services and the immediate access provided to AI avatar generation, voice cloning, live streaming, and business tools, all subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, or unused features.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For client-facing appointment payments processed through Stripe Connect, refunds for individual transactions are managed through your connected Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's refund policies and your business's own refund terms.
If you believe you have been charged in error or have experienced a significant service outage that prevented use of the platform, you may request a review by contacting us at support@liveroyal.app within 14 days of the charge. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account will immediately terminate your subscription and remove your data. No refunds are provided for unused time upon account deletion.
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of LiveRoyal AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
